The Many Faces of Tiranga" Photo Exhibition
A special photo exhibition, ‘The Many Faces of Tiranga’, was held at Central Park, Connaught Place, to celebrate India’s diversity and unity. Organized by the Flag Foundation of India and curated by the renowned Vijay S. Jodha, the exhibition showcased the various representations of the national flag, highlighting the patriotic spirit that binds the nation together. Each photograph beautifully captured how the tricolor symbolizes hope, unity, and resilience throughout India’s history.
The event also paid tribute to the landmark decision that granted every Indian the right to proudly hoist the Tiranga. The exhibition was graced by the presence of Mr. Naveen Jindal, the Flag Foundation's founding president, whose leadership continues to inspire the movement. This exhibition was a heartfelt celebration of India's cultural richness and the inspiring stories behind its beloved national flag.

Mera Dhaga, Mera Tiranga, Mera Desh" Campaign at Geeta Matosav
The Flag Foundation of India (FFI) organized the "Mera Dhaga, Mera Tiranga, Mera Desh" campaign during the Geeta Matosav event, inviting every Indian to contribute a piece of thread (dhaga) to create a unique Tiranga (national flag).his initiative symbolized unity and patriotism, with the collected threads being used to craft a special flag presented to the President on the 76th anniversary of India's Republic status.
Additionally, FFI conducted a signature campaign to support the proposal to declare January 23rd as National Flag Day, encouraging citizens to recognize the flag's significance in India's history and identity.Both campaigns served as powerful reminders of the nation's pride and collective spirit.

World Record for the Largest Human Image of a Waving National Flag
In an extraordinary display of patriotism and unity, the Flag Foundation of India, in collaboration with O.P. Jindal Global University, set a new world record for the largest human image of a waving national flag. A total of 7,368 individuals came together, forming this historic image, demonstrating the collective love and pride for the nation. This remarkable achievement stands as a powerful symbol of India's unity and the strength of its people’s devotion to the nation.

Celebrating Patriotism: Har Ghar Tiranga, Har Din Tiranga Campaign in New Delhi
New Delhi, Aug 7, 2022 — The Flag Foundation of India organized a vibrant celebration of the Har Ghar Tiranga, Har Din Tiranga campaign in the heart of the capital. The event, held at Central Park in Connaught Place, saw a euphoric atmosphere with live performances by renowned artists, including Parleen Gill of Indian Idol fame and his band, who captivated the audience. During the event, Gill also launched the Flag Foundation of India’s latest anthem, Jeetega India. The crowd, energized by the musical performances, joined in a lively dance performance by the ‘Vibration’ dance group, making the occasion an unforgettable display of patriotism and unity.

A Photo Exhibition was held in Mumbai with more than 40 prints from the photo book TIRANGA - RIGHTS & RESPONSIBILITIES. The exhibition was curated by Vijay Jodha. In tandem with this exhibition, the audio album TIRANGA TERA AANCHAL and the book 'TIRANGA - A Celebration of the Indian Flag' , was also released.

A book The Indian Tricolour, authored by Cdr. KV Singh (Retd.). was also released in tandem with the audio album. The book is comprehensively researched and a definitive reference work on the Indian tricolour bringing out its history, evolution and allied information. It can serve as an authentic reference material for both students and as well as scholars.

Air Force Academy Dundigal , Hyderabad gets its highest 100 feet monumental flag pole
Hyderabad, 21st May 2014: Shri. Naveen Jindal, Former Member of Parliament and President of the Flag Foundation of India today hoisted a mammoth sized 20X30 feet flag, weighing 9 kg, on a 100 feet flag pole at Air Force Academy, Dundigal, Hyderabad in the gracious presence of Air Marshal RG Burli, Commandant, Air Force Academy, Dundigal.
The flag was given a fly mast by three helicopters and three aircrafts when the National Anthem was played by the Air Force Band in the presence of the Cadets, the future Air Warriors. Earlier Flag Foundation of India had gifted similar mammoth sized flags to National Defence Academy at Khakwasla, Pune and Naval Academy, Eigimila, Kerala. While hoisting the flag at Air Force Academy, Dundigal, Shri Naveen Jindal, President of the Flag Foundation of India said, "The national flag is the solemn symbol of the nation and not a mere piece of cloth. It represents ideals of India and future aspirations."
The hoisting is part of Flag Foundation of India's effort to inspire young Indians to take pride in displaying the National Flag and instil a sense of nationalism and patriotism among the citizens.

SADBHAVNA SANDHYA - Mahatma Ke Path Par
As part of the 'Sadbhavna Sandhya- Mahatma Ke Path Par', thousands of people across the country will be invited to join in to observe a one minute silence at 6.35 PM to honour the great Mahatma, who sacrificed his life for the nation's freedom struggle. Thousands of people from all walks of life are likely to join hands to form a human chain and chant 'Raghupati Raghav' remembering the Father of the Nation and the Gandhian values.
